Fowler

Roger Broucke was the smartest professor in the Aerospace Department. Wallace Fowler was on the opposite end of the scale. We never had a meeting to discuss my Mars solution (although he was at my 90-minute Mars seminar, so he knew exactly what I was doing and, per my records here, asked seveal questions.) He refused to give me a practice oral qualifying exam, as is standard in the Department; and, in fact, resigned as my advisor when I pushed to get that practice session. His letter quitting s my advisor is not dated, so he can claim it was not retaliation; however, I establish the date quite easily with other official documents here.
