Disabilities Office

The Office of Students with Disabilities claimed to have not received my written petition for their assistance in October 2001. (However, Dean Armstrong got involved per their request, as stated in Wallace Fowler’s resignation letter. Also, they pushed the Department to create the “ad hoc” committee to review my research.) This let the University claim they did not know I was disabled. However, I was a member of two other protected groups, older-than-average-students and Special Vietnam Veterans (proof on my official transcript, from my US Naval Academy grades). The Disabilities Office was instrumental in my dismissal.
